ARCUS – Participatory Process Around the New Vision

Facilitating organizational alignment through collaborative dialogue and co-creation
September 24, 2026 by

About the project:

As part of the presentation and adoption of ARCUS's new vision, the participatory day ("Chargésdag" on October 5, 2021 at Mariendall) was part of multiple strategic sessions. The objective was to enable employees to become familiar with this new frame of reference, strengthen collective awareness of what ARCUS is today, and bring to life the values carried by the organization.

The day brought participants together in a dynamic of dialogue, mutual discovery, and co-creation. It alternated between introductory presentations, relationship-building activities, group work, and plenary sessions. Participants were invited to reflect on the vision themes, identify concrete pathways for its implementation, and select the most relevant ideas.

Services provided:

The assignment consisted of designing and facilitating a collaborative work process that promoted active participation and translated the vision into operational proposals.

• Design of the overall strategy
• Design of work sessions – including the day and participatory sequences around the new vision
• Preparation of work materials, workshop instructions, and methodological framework
• Facilitation of introductory sessions, icebreaker activities, and collaborative workshops
• Facilitation of group exchanges and accompaniment of plenary feedback sessions
• Structuring of work around three stages: appropriation of the vision, development of implementation proposals, and prioritization of the best ideas
• Documentation of contributions, conclusions, and identified next steps
