Milan ANTON
Partner, Senior consultant
Co-founder and process mind. Milan is the guy who can make democracy feel less like homework and more like a really good conversation. With degrees in Political Science and Applied Geography, he spent years in Aachen turning citizen engagement from a buzzword into something that actually worked—launching digital platforms, wrangling permanent citizens' councils, and making sure housing projects didn't happen to people but with them. Before co-founding Snakke & Co., he cut his teeth at Zebralog, designing participatory processes across Germany and Luxembourg. Milan has this rare ability to see both the big systemic picture and the small human moments that make change possible. He believes participation should be bold enough to shift systems—and simple enough to explain over a cup of coffee. Good thing he drinks a lot of coffee.
Konstantin WOLF
Partner, Senior consultant
Co-founder and workshop whisperer. If there's a room full of people who need to figure something out together, Konstantin is your guy. With a diploma in Participatory Design from Bauhaus University Weimar (where they definitely knew a thing or two about bringing people together), he's spent years perfecting the art of structured conversation and co-designing solutions. He ran Zebralog's Luxembourg branch, designed countless small and big participatory processes, and has an almost supernatural ability to turn chaos into clarity. Whether he's mapping complex stakeholder relationships or making sure everyone gets heard in a heated debate, Konstantin brings this calm, thoughtful energy that makes even the trickiest discussions feel manageable. And yes—he genuinely gets excited about well-organized Miro boards. We've seen it happen.
Jan GLAS
Partner, Senior consultant
Co-founder and creative mind. Jan's superpower? Turning big ideas into visual stories that actually make sense. With over 30 years bouncing between design studios, innovation labs, and lecture halls, he's the guy who sees connections others miss. Armed with a Master's from TU Delft and a toolbox that spans everything from product design to policy innovation, Jan founded Yellow Ball, advised governments on getting creative, and somehow managed to teach industrial design at Lycée des Arts et Métiers for nearly three decades without losing his sense of wonder. Whether he's sketching solutions on a napkin or facilitating a room full of skeptical stakeholders, Jan believes the best breakthroughs happen when we stop talking at each other and start building together. His motto? Dialogue is the best design tool—and he's got the Post-it notes to prove it.
Sophia PAULY
Junior Project Manager
Junior Project Manager & Chief Organisational talent. Sophia brings structure, curiosity, and a steady hand to everything she touches—from stakeholder briefings to workshop logistics. Trained in nutrition science and food tech, she knows how to balance ingredients (and opinions) with precision. Before joining Snakke & Co., she managed product development projects and coordinated cross-functional teams from idea to rollout. Her background spans nutritional supplements, kitchens, and comms—giving her a rare talent for switching gears and making complex things run smoothly. At Snakke, she supports participatory processes from the inside out—organising with care, listening with intent, and always keeping the bigger picture in sight. Her secret skill? Turning chaos into calendars and brainstorms into beautifully timed agendas.

Snakke & Co. grew from the meeting of two worlds—Luxembourg’s established creative force Yellow Ball and the participation pioneers of Zebralog. Together, we’ve built a team that designs participatory processes with both heart and structure. Our strength? Turning complex challenges into clear, inclusive, and actionable journeys for communities and organisations alike.
