About the project:
The municipality of Helperknapp is considering launching a tiny house project in Fënsterdall. Various stakeholders have expressed their willingness to participate, a potential plot of land is available, and initial plans have been drafted. As a first step in the process, a workshop was held by a preparatory working group. The goals of the workshop were to bring all stakeholders involved so far together for a joint discussion and to develop a shared vision for the project’s implementation.

Consulting on process design, particularly regarding the timing of the involvement of the various stakeholders (city council, the public, the tiny house community); preparation of the working group’s workshop, including the creation and design of workshop materials; facilitation of the workshop; documentation and summary of the results; and presentation to the city council.

Research on legal and structural frameworks as well as practical examples; input during the workshop; presentation of the results to the municipal council; ongoing support for the project, beginning before the workshop and continuing thereafter.
