About the project:
The German-Speaking Community of Belgium aims to provide comprehensive, community-based, and sustainable mental health care in German. This reform initiative requires a vision that is supported by all relevant stakeholders. As part of the Regional Development Concept (REK) for the 2019–2024 legislative period, a strategic stakeholder working group was tasked with analyzing the existing system and services related to mental health care and identifying areas where action is needed.
Services provided:
Consulting on the participatory stakeholder approach and the integration of accompanying public engagement. Preparation, facilitation and evaluation of the strategic working group composed of stakeholders from the mental health care sector. Visual presentation of information and working materials. Summary of the results in the final report.
