Schwätz mat! Ministère de la Santé et de la Sécurité sociale

With "Schwätz mat!", the Ministry of Health and Social Security, on behalf of the Government, is launching a comprehensive participation process to secure old-age pension provision. The project aims to involve the population and stakeholders in a consultation and structured dialogue on the future of the pension system in Luxembourg. It took place in two phases: 

Phase 1 - Consultation: A citizens' survey and a stakeholder consultation were carried out to gather ideas, expectations, and concerns. 
Phase 2 - Dialogue: In this phase, experts met for thematic round-table discussions, and an online dialogue was organized for the general public. These two formats serve to deepen the results of the first phase. 

Thanks to this two-stage process, "Schwätz mat!" helps to mobilize a broad spectrum of actors while at the same time ensuring that citizens can actively have a say in shaping public policy in the area of the pension system.
