About the project
Through a total of seven workshops, employees from different business units and hierarchical levels were brought together to analyze lived company values, motivation factors, needs, and key development areas. Building on qualitative insights and existing employee surveys, various employee personas were developed and concrete action fields for culture, leadership, collaboration, development opportunities, and employer attractiveness were derived.
